Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (and the organisation you represent) and NCG Invest UG (“oka”, “we”, “us”), the provider of the oka platform.

If you use oka on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use oka in compliance with applicable laws.

Workspaces may be shared with team members you invite. The workspace owner is responsible for managing access and the conduct of invited members.

You agree not to misuse oka — including attempting to access data that isn't yours, scraping or reselling our data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to send unlawful or abusive communications.

Investor data in oka is provided to support your own fundraising. You may not redistribute or resell it.

Paid plans (Raise, Pro) are billed per workspace monthly in advance, at the prices shown on our pricing page (excluding VAT, which is added where applicable).

Plan fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you've already paid for.

Every account — including Free — can unlock the contacts of its first fund at no cost, once. There is no time-limited trial and no read-only lock: your workspace stays yours.

You retain ownership of the data you put into oka. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep oka available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

oka is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that matches, signals, or intro paths will result in funding. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using oka at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the courts competent for the registered seat of NCG Invest UG shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
